My PlayCoins Balance Has Reset

Your PlayCoins balance is stored in your browser's local storage. If you have cleared your browser data, switched browsers, or are using a different device, your previous balance will not be accessible. A fresh balance of 5,000 PlayCoins is provided automatically. This is by design — there is no account system, so data is device-specific.

The Game Is Not Loading Properly

Most loading issues are resolved by a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If the problem persists, please try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. Our games are tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

I Cannot Click the Age Verification Button

My Daily Bonus Has Not Appeared

Daily bonuses (500 PlayCoins) are credited once per calendar day per device. If you have already claimed your bonus today, the next one will be available after midnight. If you believe there is an error, try reloading the page.

All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator. Outcomes that feel unusual (a long losing streak, for example) are part of normal statistical variance.
